Kenfix Supervisor Room Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance inspections and repairs on Kenfix equipment and related systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues in Kenfix machinery
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
• Calibrate and adjust Kenfix equipment to meet performance specifications
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and equipment performance
• Collaborate with other technicians and production staff to optimise equipment efficiency
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with industrial machinery
• Stay updated on the latest Kenfix technologies and maintenance techniques
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operators
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of Kenfix equipment
• Train and mentor junior staff on proper Kenfix equipment operation and maintenance procedures
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source parts and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Kenfix equipment operation and maintenance

Qualifications :

• Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering higher technical qualification or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technician preferably with Kenfix equipment
• Relevant experience in a similar capacity within a hotel or facilities management environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
• Strong knowledge of Kenfix equipment systems and components
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities with proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence safety and service quality.
• Demonstrates professionalism integrity and a collaborative approach.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanour consistent with brand standards.
