Job Summary

- Provide administration support to the Data Centre Regional Teams across Asia including both the regional leadership and the respective country leadership teams.

- Support with the preparation of both internal and external documentation such as periodic client review slides bid/tender documents and/or meeting minutes.

- Manage travel arrangements accommodation bookings and logistics for teams.

- Schedule and organize meetings and follow up on action items.
- Act as a focal point of contact between cross-functional markets units to ensure smooth information flow.
- Prepare and maintain documentation reports correspondence and filing systems.


Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration (construction/engineering environment preferred)

- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook). 
- Strong organizational coordination and multitasking skills.

- Strong proficiency in English both written and spoken.

- Fluency in an Asian language e.g. Mandarin Cantonese and/or Japanese is highly advantageous
