Experience/ Skills
- Experience 0 to 2 years in consulting market research or syndicated research products. Exposure to benchmarking or subscription-based research platforms is a plus.
- Project Support Assist in execution of benchmarking engagements including data collection and validation through secondary and primary research.
- Secondary Research: Ability to run Google searches and uncover the right information about the company/industry.
- Primary Research: Make international calls to right stakeholders in the respective company and get accurate information about the company. Ability to build a good rapport and engage in conversation with respondents to share authentic information.
- Fluent and good English communication skills is required
- Client Deliverables Support preparation of research reports benchmarking dashboards and presentations under guidance of senior team members.
- Skill Development Build foundational knowledge of subscription-based benchmarking products research methodologies and industry frameworks.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and demanding requirements
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types working hours and work environments and locations
Qualifications :
Education: MBA (Marketing / Finance / Strategy / Economics.) (Preferably from Tier-II/III B-School)
