Job Summary
Key Tasks & responsibilitiesDesign develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins focusing on workflow optimization and and maintain Jenkins shared libraries and plugins using and maintain automated scripts and tools using Python to enhance CI/CD various testing frameworks and code quality tools into the CI/CD and resolve pipeline issues and performance pipeline health and performance implementing improvements as daily state of CI environmentProvide weekly status reports of CI environmentCollaborate with development teams to integrate their projects into the CI/CD CI/CD workflows best practices and troubleshooting up to date with the latest trends and best practices in CI/CD toolingMinimum education requirements and experienceBachelor Science in Engineering Computer Science or related field with 5 years of commercial experience Master Science with 3 years of experience Expertise in DevOps Technologies & Principles (CI/CD)Experience with (Cloud Based) CI Systems like Jenkins Gitlab CI or even GitHub with (embedded) software build systemsPreferred qualifications & skillsExperience in pipeline/workflow development (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions).Proficiency in container virtualization technologies (e.g. Docker or LXC).Skilled in platform-independent scripting languages (e.g. Python) for tool development and in platform-dependent Unix scripting languages (e.g. BASH for Linux).Advanced git usage for continuous integration and developer tooling with REST APIs and other service recommended qualifications & skillsExperience in Cloud Infrastructure Technologies & Tools e.g. Azure Cloud (AKS)Container orchestration Systems e.g. KubernetesJSON; XML for configuration management of the different tools & servicesExperience with Agile working model (Scrum)Software Architecture modelling expertiseMentoring experience in DevOps fieldsSought after soft skillsStrong communication and collaboration to work problem-solving and analytical and self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset
Qualifications :
BE/ in E&C or any equivalent
