Field Application Engineer (Hardware) responsible for supporting customer design-in activities board bring-up and system-level validation for ARM-based SoC platforms. The role involves close interaction with customers internal engineering teams and sales for issue resolution and technical alignment.
Key Responsibilities -
Provide technical support for customer designs based on ARM-based SoC platforms

Review and validate customer schematics and PCB layouts (power DDR high-speed routing grounding impedance control)
-
Support board bring-up activities including power sequencing reset logic boot configuration and clock validation
-
Work on chipset-level integration including CPU ISP NPU DDR controller and high-speed interfaces
-
Debug hardware issues using oscilloscope logic analyzer and protocol analyzers during lab bring-up and field support
-
Support DDR design validation including routing constraints and signal integrity considerations
-
Enable high-speed interface debugging: MIPI CSI/DSI PCIe USB 2.0/3.0 Ethernet UART SPI I2C
-
Support camera module integration including MIPI lane validation and sensor interface checks
-
Assist customers during EVT/DVT/PVT stages including thermal validation and EMI/EMC pre-compliance
-
Manage Development Kits end-to-end: setup flashing benchmarking customization and demo readiness
-
Provide on-site technical demonstrations and reproduce customer issues for resolution
-
Coordinate with global engineering teams and sales teams for escalation and design-in support
