TRADE MARKETING KNOWLEDGE AND CAPABILITY
Actively participates in the design of the annual Trade Marketing plan.
Executes the annual Trade Marketing Plan makes regular follow-ups and updates and implements changes if necessary.
Evaluates the performance of each initiative defines benchmarks and implements corrective actions.
Ensures the entire communication with the agencies: brief debrief feedback and post evaluation.
Participates in the annual budget set-up ensures monthly follow-up explains deviations and makes sure that there is no overspending.
Prepares standard reporting but also various ad-hoc analyses.
ALIGNMENT AND COORDINATION OF SALES AND MARKETING ACTIVATION PROGRAMS
Ensures efficient communication and collaboration on all Trade Marketing activities with the other departments: Marketing Sales Finance Operations International Team but also with 3rd parties: Agencies Suppliers.
Collaborates closely with the Sales team to advise give guidance on all accounts and lead channel-specific marketing strategies and activation programs to improve brand visibility. Pro-actively exchange ideas and challenge traditions.
Knows the channel business drivers and proposes actions to support each of them.
Visits the point of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible global guidelines are respected and activities are implemented.
POS TOOLS IMPLEMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT/ADAPTATION
Develops all necessary POSM defines their matrix by subchannel and ensures their delivery in the field.
Throughout the collaboration with 3rd parties make sure that the activities and POSM developed respect the quality standards.
BUSINESS INSIGHTS
Data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Quantify the opportunities.
Prioritize and provide solutions to overcome the challenge or maximize the opportunity.
Shoppers understand and interpret the available data to build trade activities considering the insights.
Qualifications :
Up to 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector in Trade Marketing Category Management or Key Account field.
Clear understanding of markets consumer and shopper behavior sales and distribution business insights in the FMCG context.
Ownership proactivity and team skills.
Good communication and influencing skills critical and analytical thinking.
