About the Role
Elevating risk performance & controls
- Design and track meaningful risk performance metrics that inspire ownership and a high-performance mindset.
- Regularly review and fine-tune risk settings to proactively protect against operational and financial errors.
- Contributes to the ongoing enhancement of Price Assurance controls to uphold market integrity and trust.
Leading global tooling adoption
- Own the rollout optimisation and embedding of global risk tools across Risk and Trade.
- Champion adoption through thoughtful training support and user-centric improvements.
- Act as the go-to subject matter expert solving problems guiding best practice and ensuring tools genuinely serve the business.
Driving continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Risk Transformation and Global Risk teams to co-design smarter more intuitive tooling.
- Spot opportunities that really matter prioritising changes that deliver meaningful impact.
Creating clarity through process & documentation
- Keep procedures clear current and easy to use so teams feel confident and supported.
- Regularly review processes to ensure they stay aligned with evolving priorities.
- Identify gaps and gently but decisively improve the way we work.
Building strong connected partnerships
- Foster knowledge-sharing and learning across teams and regions.
- Build trusted relationships with global counterparts to drive consistency leverage expertise and grow together.
