Fulton Hogans Future Systems Programme (FSP) is transforming the way we work. We need an agile and responsive Change Analyst to support the successful adoption of our new ERP platform. Reporting to one of our Senior Change Managers youll be an essential part of our central Change Team driving organisation-wide change and ensuring a positive employee-centric experience. This is a fixed term role until December 2026.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Contribute to business impact analyses create and standardise change collateral and support processes to measure change effectiveness and readiness for ERP rollout.
  • Collaborate with Change Managers leaders and delivery teams to implement change delivery engage stakeholders and quickly resolve challenges.
  • Monitor readiness adoption metrics rollout activities and escalate issues where needed.
  • Prioritise safety quality and continuous improvement follow company policies and actively suggest better and safer ways of working.

Were looking for someone with:

  • Relevant qualifications in change management or related field with 2 years experience as a Change Analyst in complex organisations.
  • Understanding and application of change management principles techniques and tools.
  • Strong skills in communication analysis planning and stakeholder engagement.

Your strong communication analytical and planning skills combined with stakeholder engagement expertise agility integrity and a commitment to teamwork mean youll thrive in dynamic environments where safety problem-solving attention to detail and high-quality outcomes are valued.
