Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 application support for production and non-production environments

Monitor application performance availability and system health

Diagnose and resolve application issues related to services

Manage and support applications deployed on AWS (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda CloudWatch etc.)

Analyze logs alerts and incidents to identify root causes and implement fixes

Work with DevOps and development teams for deployments and release support

Create and maintain support documentation SOPs and runbooks

Ensure compliance with SLAs and incident management processes

Participate in on-call/production support rotations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support roles

Strong experience with application troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda CloudWatch IAM)

Experience with Linux/Unix environments

Knowledge of REST APIs and backend services

Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with databases (MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB)

Exposure to containerization (Docker Kubernetes)

ITIL or incident management process knowledge
