Experienced Oncology Pharmacist Greenslopes Private Hospital
An exciting Pharmacist opportunity at our premier Greenslopes Private hospital has become available. Lead the medication management of cancer care patients through compounding dispensing clinical verification and counselling.

Join our experienced Pharmacy team at Greenslopes Private Hospital on a full time permanent basis. As an Experienced Oncology Pharmacist you will provide mentorship guidance and support the Oncology pharmacy team to
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinaryteam and patients receiving cancer treatment;
- Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
- Perform clinical assessments drug therapy monitoring and offer patient-specific recommendations.
- Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.
What youll bring
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
- Previous experience is oncology pharmacy
- Compounding experience (desirable)
- Experience in using CHARM software (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
