We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and execute complex cross-functional programs within our Video Devices Engineering this role you will oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle ensuring successful delivery of innovative embedded firmware and AI-powered solutions that enhance physical security worldwide. You will collaborate with various stakeholders plan and coordinate across teams and mitigate risks to deliver high-quality scalable products on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full program lifecycle management across video embedded software in collaboration with backend software teams.
Strategically plan coordinate and align project milestones with business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks resolve critical issues and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide clear updates to various stakeholders.
Drive continuous process improvement and adopt best practices for program execution.
Influence the delivery framework and culture to enhance predictability project clarity and timeliness.
5 years of program management or engineering leadership experience in product development.
Proven expertise in planning coordination and managing cross-functional dependencies.
Background in leading programs related to IoT embedded systems or AI/video analytics.
Exceptional communication problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
