Start Date: March 6 2026

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite / week) Cebu

Shift Schedule Restdays: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma automation analytics etc.
Effective operation control through monitoring risk identification and mitigation.
Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling crtical items with Quality and other aspects.
Drive ideation and small and large-scale projects.
Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.

Key Skills Required:

At least 2 years in College
Required atleast Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
5 to 7 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (manufacturing engineering and etc.)
