About This Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Process Excellence Analyst to support our Shared Services operations through process optimization automation and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in desktop solutions (e.g. VBA Macros SQL) with practical experience in Lean Six Sigma. This role will partner with functional teams (Finance HR IT Clinical Operations Revenue Cycle Management Quality Systems & Regulatory Compliance etc.) to streamline workflows reduce waste and enhance service delivery within the GBS organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess improvement opportunities across global shared services processes through data analysis process reviews and stakeholder engagement.
Design develop and deploy desktop automation tools using VBA Macros Excel Access and SQL to drive operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
Lead or support Lean Six Sigma projects that improve cost quality and service levels (Green Belt-level projects or higher).
Conduct root cause analyses and recommend actions to address recurring service delivery issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current-state processes define future-state solutions and implement standardized workflows.
Build and maintain performance dashboards and operational reports to monitor KPIs SLAs and productivity metrics.
Support change management efforts ensuring adoption and sustainability of new processes and solutions.
Contribute to the overall Continuous Improvement culture within GBS by conducting workshops trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business Engineering IT or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Excellence Business Analysis or Operational Excellence roles preferably in a Shared Services or GBS environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA and Macros; working knowledge of MS Access and SQL is essential.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
Experience with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart) and root cause analysis techniques (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone).
Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
Effective communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders across levels and geographies.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
