About the Role
We are looking for a hungry and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business and accelerate growth. As an early business hire you will work closely with the sales development team account executives and leadership to generate pipeline qualify opportunities and help build scalable sales processes.
This role is perfect for scrappy creative individuals who thrive in a fast-moving environment enjoy solving hard problems and want to make a measurable impact on the companys growth.
Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.

Work closely with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Help build refine and document the sales playbook for scaling the team.

Identify creative ways to engage prospects and accelerate pipeline generation.

Contribute ideas to improve sales processes messaging and targeting.
Qualifications

Growth-minded creative and resourceful.

Previous experience in outbound prospecting or sales is a plus.

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Low ego and highly accountable; you take ownership of your work.

Track record of achieving ambitious goals or pursuing extraordinary accomplishments (e.g. started a company won a hackathon qualified for a competition or similar).
