Position: Office Manager

As we continue to expand we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

As the Office Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our salon. You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical tasks managing the office budget and supervising the office staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all administrative and clerical tasks including scheduling appointments answering phones and responding to emails

- Maintain and update client records and ensure confidentiality

- Manage the office budget including tracking expenses and ordering office supplies

- Supervise and train office staff including receptionists and administrative assistants

- Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and events

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure the office is well-maintained and presentable at all times

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency

- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting and onboarding new employees

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

- Other duties as assigned by upper management

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Prior experience in the beauty or salon industry is a plus

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
