We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to provide strategic technical leadership oversee complex technology initiatives and ensure alignment between engineering execution and organizational objectives. The Technical Director will guide architecture decisions mentor technical teams and maintain accountability for system quality performance and scalability.
This position is open only to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Define and oversee technical strategy architecture and engineering standards
Lead mentor and manage senior technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure delivery of high-quality scalable and secure technical solutions
Provide oversight for system design performance reliability and risk management
Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals
Review and approve technical roadmaps budgets and project timelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
Minimum of 810 years of progressive technical experience including senior leadership roles
Strong background in system architecture software engineering or infrastructure leadership
Proven ability to lead complex technical programs and teams
Excellent communication leadership and decision-making skills
