DescriptionThe Director of Technology Resilience is a leadership role responsible for maintaining WTWs technology resilience strategy ensuring continuity recovery and operational integrity across all technology platforms. This role aligns technology resilience initiatives with business objectives regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This position will drive a culture of proactive risk management operational robustness and strategic foresight safeguarding critical systems against disruption cyber threats and operational failures. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.

- Maintainacomprehensivetechnologyresilienceframeworkencompassingpreventativedetectivecorrectiveandrecoverymeasures.
- Establishpoliciesstandardsandcontrolsforinfrastructureandapplicationsacrosstraditionalcloudandhybridenvironments.
- Overseetheintegrationofresilienceplanningintonewtechnologyinitiativesandre-engineeredsystems.
RiskAssessmentandOperationalOversight
- Monitorandreportoperationalriskprofilesvulnerabilitiesandexposurestoseniorleadership.
- Leadresponseplanningformajorincidentsandcrisesincludingoversightofdisasterrecoveryexercisesandsimulations.
- Evaluateandmitigaterisksassociatedwiththird-partyvendorscloudtransitionandlarge-scaleinfrastructurechanges.
- Overseeduediligenceriskmonitoringandassuranceofthird-partyITsupplierscriticaltobusinessoperations.
TechnologyDesign
- CollaboratewithArchitecture ITandCyberSecurityteamstointegrateresilienceintosecurity-by-designpractices.
