Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager with strong administrative and analytical financial skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports and ensuring compliance with government and statutory regulations.

The role requires a detail-oriented analytical and proactive professional with strong problem-solving mathematical and report-writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute financial duties and projects of the company.

  • Prepare financial statements reports and forecasts to ensure financial stability.

  • Draft budgets income statements balance sheets tax returns and regulatory reports.

  • Manage financial risks related to business activities.

  • Estimate short-term and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.

  • Compile financial reports and supervise month-end closing processes.

  • Draft procurement processes and approve purchase orders.

  • Monitor KPIs metrics and financial reports for the finance department.

  • Evaluate financial performance and measure return on investments (ROI).

  • Provide training and guidance to staff on financial processes.

Requirements

  • CA Inter with completed articles and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
    OR

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field with minimum 10 years of experience

  • Strong understanding of financial management and statutory obligations.

  • Analytical mindset with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong report-writing and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

  • Ability to work independently.
