We are hiring Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join the team supporting a leading digital bank. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in Banking Financial Services or Insurance who want to grow in an international environment.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Advisor you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with account-related queries transactions and general banking support ensuring a smooth and secure customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Provide support to customers in Spanish (native level) via phone chat and email

Requirements

Native or fluent Spanish speaker (Spain or LATAM candidates welcome)
