Job Summary

About the role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for Danish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support in German via phone email and chat
Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and account-related questions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions and solutions
Escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements

Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous Customer Support experience is a plus but not required
