  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $113574 to $125720 super

The Natural Resources Access Regulator (NRARs) Innovation Systems and Intelligence team are seeking to fill two ongoing Business Analyst Campaign Design and Support roles to work as part of the campaign design and support function to collect document and analyse operational campaign processes assess the feasibility of alternative solutions and recommend new approaches to enable business improvement.

The role works to improve operational data collection processes and enable demonstration of compliance campaign effectiveness. The role also supports issue identification and remediation and implements improvements to efficiency and effectiveness through NRAR ICT systems and tools.

About You

You are an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for turning complex operational challenges into practical user-friendly solutions. You thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration and problem-solving are key and you bring a strong ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable outcomes.

Your background includes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Commerce Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis including process mapping and data-driven analysis.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

You excel at:

  • Building trust and fostering reliable information sharing while promoting data quality standards.
  • Simplifying complex operational processes into clear usable systems and tools.
  • Staying ahead of policy changes emerging technologies and evolving business practices to ensure solutions remain relevant and effective.
