Perform data extraction and reporting
Perform data cleansing
Troubleshooting of issues raised and addressing concerns raised proposing solutions or provide workarounds to overcome issues.
Partner with other HR team members to resolve operational issues.
Suggest improvements to processes or systems
Liaise with HRIS team vendors and all stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented according to requirements objectives and within stipulated timelines.
Conducts Quality Checks.
Provides adequate training to the team on process and procedures.
