Our Bank Operations team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas as a Bank Operations Associate.

In this role you will support Treasury Front Office by confirming processing and settling trades across investment and derivative products in multiple markets. You will also manage safekeeping of securities and corporate action events while ensuring smooth operations for Money Market FX Fixed Income Futures and Options transactions.

What the role will entail

• Assess and validate integration requirements for complex services
• Collaborate with IT Product Sales and client technical teams to ensure smooth system integration and configuration
• Lead technical onboarding activities including file transmission validation and API connectivity checks
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and integration specifications
• Ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory guidelines and security standards
• Provide expert guidance to internal teams support client discussions and deliver user training

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in either Business Information Technology Computer Science or any related field
• Prior experience in bank operations is preferred but fresh graduates are open to apply
• Must possess strong communication skills to effectively convey information and discrepancies.
• Should be a team player capable of working collaboratively with various departments.
• A willingness to learn new bank processes and procedures is essential.
• Must be attentive to details ensuring accuracy and consistency in all transactions and documents handled.
