Job Summary

Since 1984 Lakeshirts has been creating resort apparel that sparks smiles and captures memories. Our Blue 84 brand is a favorite in the Resort market and now were looking for a remote IT Help Desk Technician to join our team and support our growing is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for IT support and a desire to grow within the tech field. As a remote IT Help Desk Technician youll be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our team members troubleshooting hardware/software issues configuring devices and ensuring seamless technical operations across our remote workforce.

Were seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This remote role involves providing first-level technical support to internal users troubleshooting hardware/software issues configuring devices and ensuring smooth technical operations across the company. Whether youre beginning your IT career or already have some experience this position is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to grow in the field!As a remote employee youll have the flexibility to work from home while making a direct impact on our organizations technical operations.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently (e.g. Windows OS Microsoft 365 mobile devices printers peripherals).

Remote Support Tools: Proficiency in remote troubleshooting tools (e.g. remote desktop software ticketing systems like Zendesk or ServiceNow).

Device Setup & Configuration: Experience configuring and setting up hardware (e.g. laptops workstations mobile devices) and software remotely.

Network Knowledge: Basic understanding of network troubleshootingWi-Fi connectivity VPNs login : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues to users at various technical skill levels especially remotely.

Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing high quality customer focused support with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Documentation: Ability to document technical issues track resolutions and maintain accurate records of support requests and inventory.

Multitasking: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tickets and requests effectively in a remote environment.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other IT team members escalating issues when necessary and collaborating to resolve more complex problems.

SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Fully Remote: Work from home with flexible setup options.

PAY:$30 - $35/hour based on experience.
