Our client is a leading manufacturer in the electrical cable industry seeking an experienced professional to join their firm.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the dealer channel in line with company objectives.
Maintain expand and develop the nationwide dealer network.
Implement pricing policies promotion programs and trade marketing activities to drive sales growth.
Monitor dealer performance and take actions to improve revenue volume and profitability.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product supply and service quality.
Analyze market trends and sales data to support planning and decision making.
Lead coach and develop the dealer sales team to achieve assigned KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company regulations and manage risks related to dealer
Requirements
At least five years of experience in the position of Sales Director or Sales Manager.
Experience in Electrical Cable and Wire industry or Plastic Manufacturing Paint or similar sectors within medium or large enterprises or multinational corporations.
Strong experience and knowledge in distribution channel management and development.
Experience in analyzing data and market trends.
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above is an advantage.
Strategic mindset and knowledge in marketing activities and communication campaigns is an advantage.
