Job Summary

Cruise Specialist-WFH
A Cruise Specialist is responsible for assisting individuals and groups in planning organizing and booking travel arrangements. We work closely with clients to understand their preferences offer travel advice and create customized itineraries
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences budget and special requirements.
Provide personalized recommendations for destinations accommodations transportation and activities.
Itinerary Planning:
Locate detailed and customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
Arrange flights accommodations transportation and other travel-related services.
Booking and Reservations:
Coordinate bookings for flights hotels rental cars and other travel services.
Ensure accuracy in reservations confirmations and travel documents.
Budget Management:
Work within clients specified budgets to create cost-effective travel plans.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries concerns and special requests promptly.
Handle unexpected issues or changes to travel plans with efficiency and professionalism.
Promote travel packages and special deals to attract new clients.

Required Skills:
