Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Data Specialist to join our team at Ubuildit. As a Customer Data Specialist you will play a key role in maintaining and updating customer data to ensure accuracy and reliability for our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and input customer data into the company database
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information
- Regularly update customer records and make necessary changes
- Identify and rectify any data discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data management processes
- Generate reports and analyze data for insights and improvements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Proficiency in data entry and database management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desired Experience:
