Position Summary
Ivywood Classical Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Registrar to manage student records and support enrollment and reporting processes. This role is essential in ensuring accurate student data and compliance with state and school requirements.

Position Summary
Ivywood Classical Academy is seeking a Community Events Liaison to strengthen relationships between the school families and the surrounding community. This role focuses on planning and coordinating school events supporting family engagement and serving as a welcoming point of contact for community partners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan coordinate and support school and community events
Serve as a liaison between families community partners and school staff
Promote school events and engagement opportunities
Assist with family outreach and communication efforts
Support volunteer coordination for school events and activities
Collaborate with school leadership to build a strong engaged school community

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and event-planning abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
Prior experience in event planning community engagement or education preferred
