Position Summary
Ivywood Classical Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Registrar to manage student records and support enrollment and reporting processes. This role is essential in ensuring accurate student data and compliance with state and school requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage student academic and enrollment records
Oversee student enrollment withdrawals and transfers
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in student information systems
Support compliance with state and district reporting requirements
Respond to record requests from families staff and external agencies
Collaborate with school leadership and office staff to support daily operations

Qualifications

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency with databases and basic office software
Prior experience in a school or administrative role preferred
