Job Summary
Job Description:
- Plan and schedule production activities for TAPE plant warping and looms operations.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly production plans to meet delivery targets.
- Coordinate with production maintenance and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor raw material availability and ensure timely issuance to production.
- Track production progress and update reports regularly.
- Optimize machine utilization and reduce production downtime.
- Handle production data entry and reporting in ERP/Excel systems.
- Identify production bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 34 years of PPC experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry.
- Hands-on experience with TAPE Plant Warping and Looms operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production planning systems.
