Job Summary

The Pennsbury School District is looking for certified and support staff to fill the following positions in the Extended School Year (ESY) Program for the summer of 2026. Final staffing will be made based upon student enrollment. Seniority will be the determining factor in who is offered positions if interest outweighs the number of positions available.

Certified Staff Positions

Certified Teachers

Reading Specialist

Certified School Nurse(s)

School Counselor (elementary & secondary)

Social Workers

Speech & Language Pathologists

Behavior Analyst

Teacher of Deaf/Hearing Impaired

Teacher of Blind/Visually Impaired

All certified positions require PA certification in the subject area of the vacancy.

ESY PROGRAM SCHEDULE

ESY Dates are 6/30/2026 - 7/30/2026 (Monday to Thursday)

**ESY Set-up Dates (prepare documents prepare assignments and classroom): 6/25/2026 & 6/29/2026

**ESY Clean up Date: 8/3/2026

Location: William Penn Middle School

Staff Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Student Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

RATES:

Certified Position: $41.86/hr.
