The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for:
Risk Assessment & Executive Reporting
- Evaluate and clearly communicate business risks associated with key decisions.
- Prepare flash highlights insights and executivelevel reporting to ensure timely visibility into financial and strategic developments.
Strategic Issue Support
- Address strategic and adhoc business questions that complement ongoing planning forecasting and analysis processes.
- Provide datadriven insights to guide decisionmaking across crossfunctional teams.
Analytical & ProblemSolving Expertise
- Interpret complex financial data identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
- Apply strong analytical and modelling skills to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial decision support.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate analyses and insights clearly to both financial and nonfinancial partners.
- Adapt messaging for audiences ranging from Key Account Managers to senior leadership.
Process Improvement & Change Leadership
- Identify opportunities to streamline standardize and automate financial processes.
- Lead or support initiatives that improve efficiency data quality and ways of working.
Planning & Forecasting
- Lead monthly forecasting and budgeting cycles for your market.
- Deliver weekly trackers and support market performance reviews.
- Ensure investment and allowance tracking is accurate and aligned with forecast assumptions.
Business Partnership & Influence
- Act as a copilot to Key Account Managers providing risk/opportunity analyses and prioritization support.
- Provide financial input into Joint Business Plans and customer negotiations.
- Prepare and present financials in internal and crossfunctional forums.
Reporting & Analysis
- Build models reports and presentations that support decisionmaking and improve transparency.
- Support commercial teams with margin walkthroughs pricing scenarios and account diagnostics.
- Contribute to the improvement of systems reporting tools and forecasting models.
What You Bring
- 35 years of experience in commercial finance or within a fastpaced consumer business.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; SAP or Power BI experience is a plus.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills with the ability to influence nonfinance stakeholders.
- A desire to grow into a Finance Manager role within the next few years.
- Commercial curiosity a bias for action and a continuousimprovement mindset.
