Job Summary
Kids R Kids of Legacy West is hiring for personable energetic staff members who desire a career in early childhood development!
We are looking to fill the following positions:
Two year old teacher: 11am to 6pm
PreKteacher: 2pm to 6pm
Substitutes/Floaters: classroom days and times will vary
The minimum qualifications and responsibilities are as follows:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Although past experience in a preschool is preferred we will happily train new employees who wish a career in this field!
- Know and comply with Minimum Standards for child care centers
- Supervise children at all times
- Serve meals to children according to their schedule
- Interact with children in a way to promote positive connections
- Set appropriate behavior expectations based on the childs age
- Foster developmentally appropriate independence in children
- Be able to follow a pre-planned curriculum and incorporate your own ideas!
- Have fun make lasting connections and enjoy coming to work!
