The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Compliance: Review all job files (photos notes and moisture readings) to ensure they meet SERVPRO corporate and insurance program standards.
- Project Tracking: Monitor the Work-in-Progress (WIP) board to ensure jobs are moving through the pipeline from initial call to final invoice.
- Estimating Support: Assist Project Managers in drafting preliminary estimates using Xactimate and proprietary SERVPRO software.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for insurance adjusters providing them with the documentation they need to approve claims.
- Customer Service: Provide empathetic updates to homeowners and business owners during their restoration journey.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
- proficient in xactiomate
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files open filing cabinets and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
