Our Advanced Technology Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors Program Area is looking for a dynamic intern to join their team! The intern will learn and support both existing engineering development programs and new business capture. The intern will learn and apply Raytheon industry-leading tools processes and technologies to hardware software and large-scale system of systems prototypes modeling and simulation and other exciting fields.
The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials and experience in working in a teamwork environment having not only academic but also interpersonal skills to help optimize our teams. Additionally the candidate should possess an inquisitive nature and a strong desire to learn real world applications to complement their academic experience.
What You Will Do
- Applying your academic knowledge and participating as a member of a multi-discipline team.
- Contributing to the completion of project/program milestones under the general guidance of the immediate supervisor and team leads.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Must be pursuinga bachelors (or higher) degree in a Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) major.
- This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelors (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum entering their freshman year by the start of summer 2026.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Knowledge of MS Office or other presentation tools
- Previous Engineering project and/or internship experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working in teams
- Results-oriented with good problem-solving skills

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
