Job Summary
- Plan and execute partnership strategies to drive measurable growth and revenue
- Identify creative growth opportunities and recruit relevant influencers and partners who align with the brand
- Manage and optimize the daily operations of the partnership program improving efficiency
- Leverage technology and tools (including AI) to enhance workflows and performance
- Negotiate commercial agreements to maximize value and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance analyze data and define KPIs for optimization
- Work with the team to effectively use partner content in ads and social channels
- Take ownership of budgets ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or partnerships.
- Excellent written and spoken English writing and communicating effectively with international partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data interpret results and derive actionable insights.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adopt and utilize new technologies effectively
- Proven negotiation skills and confidence in financial discussions and deal-making
- Exceptional organizational skills capable of managing multiple partners and deadlines
- A proactive doer attitude with a hands-on approach and execution focus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
