Are you passionate about building products that solve real customer problems and create meaningful business impact Do you thrive in cross functional environments working closely with engineering design sales support and customers to turn complex challenges into simple elegant solutions KMS Lighthouse is looking for a highly motivated detail oriented Product Manager with a strong sense of ownership to lead key parts of our knowledge management platform.
In this role you will drive the strategy and execution for core product areas including AI powered features helping our customers deliver better experiences to employees and end users. You will own the full product lifecycle from discovery and research to delivery iteration and success measurement.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the product roadmap for key areas of the Lighthouse platform aligning customer needs with business goals
- Drive the development of AI powered capabilities that enhance search automation and user experience
- Collaborate with engineering and design to build scalable reliable and intuitive products
- Partner with sales customer success and support to understand customer challenges and translate them into product solutions
- Conduct user research customer interviews and market analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize work
- Write clear detailed product specifications and user stories that enable teams to deliver with focus and clarity
- Drive cross functional execution from discovery through development launch and iteration ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Own product success metrics and use data to inform decisions improvements and prioritization

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in product management preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong technical fluency able to collaborate closely with engineering understand APIs data flows and system behavior
- Proven track record of delivering high quality products from idea to launch in fast paced iterative environments
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership accountability and commitment to driving outcomes
- Highly motivated organized and detail oriented
