Job Summary
What you will do
- Collaborate with KOLs to gather insights feedback and medical/ scientific information and share them timely manner with the internal stakeholders to develop company strategies and research initiatives.
- Able to implement medical tactics align with medical plans and improve the medical executions based on the internal & external feedback.
- Collaborate with clinical development teams to provide medical input on study protocols study design and data analysis plans to ensure alignment with global or regional LCM strategy and objectives.
- Facilitate the communication of study start-up initiation recruitment and retention with investigators and CROs as well as oversight and scientific support for ISTs
- Scientific contribution to developing manuscripts and communicating with medical writers and authors
- Collect medical/clinical information on products related to adverse events and create add-value of AE management with incorporating KOLs insight
- Plan and deliver scientific presentations and educational programs timely manner for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders keeping them informed about the latest developments in the therapeutic area.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy Master degree in Lifescience or related field.
- More than Two (2) years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ Biotech industry Medical Affairs clinical practice or academia (ophthalmology is a plus)
- Strong Scientific business acumen and learning agility to understand and interpret complex clinical data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate scientific information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trustable relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and team-oriented mind set
- Proficient in English & Korean (Spoken & Written)
