Were continuing to grow and are seeking motivated professionals to join our team in supporting our overnight Telehealth Injury Management services. These positions operate between 10:00pm and 6:00am across Monday through Sunday. We are looking to fill two roles with opportunities available on either a fulltime or parttime basis to ensure coverage across these hours. Penalty rates will apply in accordance with the relevant modern award.
This role is to connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury by offering injury triage first aid advice support and linking them into support services and resources available to them. You will be working in a Triage Team which is dedicated to providing personalised health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work. This is done by using your clinical experience in a corporate work environment. The work is undertaken telephonically meaning that it can be undertaken from home/our office.
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Support and care for clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals.
- Undertake coordination of supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client population.
- Provide initial early intervention Triage with clients supporting both physical and mental health services.
- Undertaking of relevant case coordination activity including liaison with all stakeholders; provision of email updates; and creation of appropriate documentation such as a treatment plans or other documentation as required.
Qualifications :
- Experienced Registered Nurse with full registration
- Hold a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Evidence of completion of First Aid (level 2) or in circumstances where staff have obtained Basic Life Support training within a hospital setting
- Caring and empathic nature.
- Experience care coordination or occupational rehabilitation desirable.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT and time management skills.
- Strong customer service focus.

Training Information
Training typically takes 45 weeks depending on the individual. It is conducted Monday to Friday 9am5pm. If youre unable to commit to fulltime training hours the overall training period will be extended. After training the role moves to the overnight shift of 10pm6am as outlined above.
