Job Summary
SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Wash Bay Supervisor to join the team at Cairns Airport.

YOUR ROLE
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring every vehicle is presented to the highest standard delivering a positive experience for every customer.
- Overseeing the cleaning inspection and preparation of vehicles maintaining asset quality and availability for rental.
- Leading by example communicating clearly and fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve daily goals.
- Promoting and enforce safe work practices promptly identifying hazards and ensuring a safe environment for all team members.
- Upholding company policies procedures and compliance standards ensuring all work is completed honestly and accurately.
- Prioritising and delegating tasks effectively ensuring deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
- Driving operational efficiency by monitoring workflows identifying improvements and ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Training mentoring and motivating your team supporting their growth and ensuring consistent high-quality results.
YOUR SKILLS
- Leadership Capability: You will have proven ability to inspire a high-performing detailing team driving a culture of efficiency safety and productivity while upholding SIXT Australias renowned standards and achieving our shared goals
- Flexibility: You are willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and midnight Monday to Sunday including school holidays weekends and public holidays
- Communication: You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.
Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is preferable however not essential.
All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check including drug and alcohol screening. Please note that all candidates will need a current provisional or full drivers licence and working rights in Australia.
