In this role you will represent Danone in the Independent Grocery channel working across Greater Melbourne with periodic travel to Bendigo Ballarat Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multisite operators (MSOs) to drive distribution and sales increasing market share and category performance of Danones iconic brands through opportunitybased selling.
Key Responsibilities
Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
Driving sales results
Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships
Implementation of layouts
Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.

- Relevant experience in sales based role in Retail FMCG and Merchandising highly favourable in Independent Grocery
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Valid drivers license and reliable car
