Overview

Want a role where you can oversee enterprise-level projects in the fast-paced tech industry This position is your opportunity to manage a slate of diverse projects of all scopes and sizes for a global organization.

What will you be doing

As a Project Manager your jobis to work with cross-functional teams as well as with external vendors partners and customers to fulfil the project deliverables. You will be tasked with developing and managing project schedules scopes resources and monitoring of project health. This includesidentifyingrisks defining problem solving strategies andfacilitatingconflict resolution to ensure our projects are successful from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple teams and stakeholders from initiation through successful completion.

• Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors toinitiateprojects; clearly defining project goals andobjectives scope deliverables and creating comprehensive project management plans.

• Managing a diverse portfolio of technical initiativesinvolvingsoftware development system integrations and platform or system enhancements.

• Unifying team efforts and leading effective meetings driving clear communication promoting collaboration resolving conflicts and removing roadblocks across both internal and external partners. Working alongside international teams across regions whenrequired.

• Applying a strong understanding of system architectures technical designs and cross-system interdependencies to proactivelyidentifyrisks dependencies and constraints that couldimpactdelivery.

• Maintaining open transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels bytranslating technical requirements issues and solutions into clear actionable insights for business and leadership audiences.

• Closelymonitorproject progress and provide regular updates to various levels of stakeholders.

• Managing day-to-day operational project activities and ad-hoc work creating and executing project plans and adjusting them as business and technical needs evolve.

• Identifyingand assembling project teams as well as providing leadership and mentoring to ensure effective completion

• Effectively applying AvePoint deliverymethodologyand enforcing project standards

• Minimizing company exposure and risk on projects through early detection development of contingency plans and full communication

• Maintaining current and complete project management data and documents in the company database; analyzing and reporting project performance metrics
• Managing communication across all levels of management customers partners and vendorsboth internally and externallyto ensure alignment and successful delivery.

In this role you are tasked with managing projects and people across departments and within the product strategy and engineering technical teams. You will need to have a strong business sense be process-driven and have excellent communication skills to be able to assess complex technical situations and redirect projects when needed.

• Bachelors degreerequired

• 34 years of project management experiencepreferably in a technology or software-driven environment

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget

• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on knowledge and/or experience in software development and web technologies

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with cloud platformssuch asMicrosoft Azure AWS orGoogle

• Ability to clearly articulate and align technical details across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Experience partnering with engineering and product teams to assess technical feasibility architectural considerations and delivery risk

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills extremely high attention to detail ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently

• Awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application to AvePoints business and the industry

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid delivery models

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProjectandPlanner.

• Familiarity with CRM systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Fast learner with a passion for technology

• Certified Scrum Master certification preferred

• PMP Certification or PSM are a plus!

The Salary Range for this role is $95000 - $120000. At AvePoint we strive to offer competitive fair andequitabletotal rewards. The listed salary rangerepresentsa good faith estimate with final offers based on location experience skills and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary comprehensive benefits (medical dental vision 401(k) with match unlimited PTO) and depending on the role bonuses commissions or equity (RSUs).
