What this job involves

You will gain exposure from contributing to various Company-wised workplace management workplace strategies and participate in day-to-day operation management you will learn industrial practice from working with JLL business leaders.

Workplace Strategy & Management

• Contribute to company-wide workplace initiatives including space optimization employee experience design and hybrid work models.

• Participate in day-to-day operations such as facility coordination vendor management and workplace service delivery.

Industry Learning & Innovation

• Gain hands-on exposure to JLLs global best practices in workplace strategy and and facilities management.

• Collaborate with JLL business leaders to solve real-world challenges and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or post graduate degree in Property Management Facilities Management Hospitality Real Estate or related field (final year).

• Enthusiastic about real estate workplace strategy or facilities management.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• High integrity adaptability and a positive learning attitude.

• Self-driven with a hunger to succeed and take on challenges.
