Job Summary
Your Next Challenge
As a young and enthusiastic surveyor prepared to develop his/her career with Mott MacDonald as a leading NEC consultant you will be responsible for the following duties under guidance and supervision by the Principal Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a portfolio of building civil and M&E construction contracts adopting NEC forms of contract ranging from priced to target cost contract options:
- Supporting on formulation of contract and tendering strategy
- Preparation of tender documents
- Tender evaluation
- Evaluation of changes
- Supporting on provision of contract advice
- Financial monitoring and reporting
- Attending meetings and workshops
- Carrying out other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested by your line manager

- A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Willingness to expand development into non-conventional procurement approaches and contract forms.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
