The Marketing Coordinator exists to help establish and grow the Chick-fil-A brand in the Wrigleyville Lakeview and Lincoln Park communities. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the restaurants top line growth through marketing initiatives including but not limited to: social media production/curation; catering coordination execution & delivery*; as well as building relationships with businesses in the community leading or participating in community events and managing the communication about/around market-level promotions/activations (through social media physical media or otherwise). This role is also required to be available to participate in a minimum of 15 - 20 hours per week of on the floor time in regular restaurant operations. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Sales and Brand Growth for Chick-fil-A Wrigleyville and to the Director of Operations for Chick-fil-A Wrigleyville.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment pans pots navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading writing and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Valid Drivers License and Experience preferred but not required (for catering delivery).
- Experience Managing professional social media account(s) strongly preferred.
- Samples of past Work Completed and/or Content Creation Portfolio at the time of interview is encouraged.
