The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is responsible for training educating and representing psychiatrists in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. About the role

Permanent Full-time Melbourne (Hybrid)

This role provides high-level project coordination documentation analysis and operational support to enable the successful implementation of the new and innovative RANZCP Fellowship Program.

You will ensure that implementation workstreams run smoothly project information is accurate and current stakeholders receive timely and clear communication. You will support the Senior Project Manager to deliver this multi-year reform program on schedule and to a high standard.

This role is central to keeping the program organised progressing and well governed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate project schedules action logs dependencies and milestones across all implementation workstreams.
  • Track tasks follow up with stakeholders and support the timely completion of deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including agendas minutes decision logs risk and issue registers and status reports.
  • Draft reports dashboards briefing papers and meeting packs for governance groups (including Steering Committee Education Committee Executive and Board).
  • Ensure documentation is accurate complete and submitted within agreed timeframes.

What youll bring

  • Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-quality documentation reports and meeting papers.
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Office suite SharePoint or similar).
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or valid Australian work rights.
