Airworthiness Program Engineer Perth
The Role
Airnorth are recruiting for an Airworthiness Program Engineer to join the Continuing Airworthiness Management team in Perth.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager you will Undertake assessments and manage the implementation of Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness and development of Maintenance Programs for the Airnorth fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage: Develop and manage Maintenance Programs and hold Aircraft Maintenance Approval Authorisation.
- Ensure: AMP has sufficient information to support effective maintenance supply chain and financial activities in support of fleet maintenance.
- Communicate:Advise Continuing Airworthiness Manager on issues affecting the maintenance program and maintenance of the Airnorth fleet.
- Support: Provide support and guidance to the CAMO team in relation to Maintenance Management system tracking reporting and compliance as well as certification and release to service requirements of Airnorth fleet. Participation in aircraft transition into the fleet
- Auditing: Conduct periodic audit of the Maintenance Program.
- Reporting:Deliver timely communications regarding issues affecting maintenance and aircraft availability.
Selection Criteria
- Experience:Minimum 10 years experience in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and/or Maintenance Planning with at least 2 years in development of Maintenance Programs.
- Technical Knowledge:In depth understanding of Maintenance Programs Reliability and forecasting principals. Ability to review aircraft and assets technical records.
- Regulatory Knowledge:Strong understanding ofCASR Part 42and thePart 42 Manual of Standards (MOS).
- Software Proficiency:Strong computer literacy and experience with MS Office suite. Detailed experience with maintenance management software such asAMOS Envision IAS TRAX or Winair.
- Roster:Lifestyle-friendly Monday to Friday.

- Communication:Must possess High-level interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks within strict timeframes.
- Security:Must be eligible to obtain and maintain anASIC.
