About the Role:
Join LaVoieHealthScience as a Strategic Communications and Metrics Analyst where youll play a pivotal role in shaping our communication strategies and measuring their impact. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your analytical skills in a dynamic environment focused on health science innovation. This position is based at federal agency client site full time Position is contingent upon successful award contract
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in health science.
- Manage social media analytics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Support internal communications to foster employee engagement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging communication technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or related field.
- 3 years of experience in strategic communications or analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and communication software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in the health science industry is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for strategic storytelling.
