• A minimum 2:1 Psychology degree or a related subject from a Top 20 UK University
• Previous experience working with children or in a child-focused role
• A genuine passion for education and a strong commitment to supporting childrens development
• Making a meaningful difference in a childs life
• Start date immediately

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Your role:

• Work with experienced lead Teachers by assisting classroom preparation
• Supervise group activities and ensure students focus
• Work closely with teachers to identify and address student challenges
• Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
