Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing
Coordinate and dispatch aggregate deliveries to meet customer and project requirements
Monitor schedules and adjust dispatch plans to optimize efficiency
Communicate effectively with Sub contractors Depot staff and customers to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
Troubleshoot and resolve dispatch-related issues in real time
What Are We Looking For
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Clear communication skills to collaborate across teams and with customers
Problem-solving mindset with capability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
Commitment to safety reliability and operational excellence
